These terms explain how the website, downloads, trial requests, purchases, exports, third-party services, and support expectations work.
ProjectCraft Pro is provided for lawful craft business planning, pricing, production organization, template management, proof preparation, and SVG handoff workflows. Do not use the product to create or distribute content that violates law, infringes intellectual property, impersonates another business, or makes unsupported product-safety claims.
The free trial is intended to help you evaluate the workflow before buying. The $499 professional Mac license includes one year of app updates and continued use of the purchased major version. Any final checkout page or purchase email may include additional purchase-specific terms.
ProjectCraft Pro prepares files and guidance. It does not control Cricut hardware, Cricut Design Space, app stores, payment processors, AI providers, shipping services, marketplaces, or retailer websites. You are responsible for confirming third-party terms, prices, account access, materials, and settings.
You are responsible for confirming that logos, artwork, fonts, customer-provided designs, product names, templates, and other materials used in your projects are properly authorized or licensed.
Support is handled through the support page and email. Refund requests are reviewed under the published Refund Policy. Third-party services, materials, shipping, payment fees, AI usage, and retailer purchases are separate from the ProjectCraft Pro license.
