FAQ

Common questions before you install.

These answers are written for craft sellers who want a clear path from download to production, without guessing what each package is for.

Which version should I download first?

Start with the macOS app if you want the main ProjectCraft Pro experience. Use the Web/PWA package if you want the quickest browser-based look at the workflow.

Why does macOS show a Gatekeeper message?

macOS protects apps downloaded from the web. If you see a message, right-click ProjectCraft Pro, choose Open, and confirm once. After that, macOS should open it normally.

Does ProjectCraft Pro cut directly on my Cricut?

No. ProjectCraft Pro helps you plan orders, pricing, templates, materials, proofs, and SVG handoff packages. You still upload the prepared SVG into Cricut Design Space to cut.

Can I install it on iPhone or iPad today?

iPhone and iPad installs require Apple signing through TestFlight or the App Store. The mobile package supports that store path; the Mac app and Web/PWA package are the easiest ways to evaluate today.

Can I install the Android APK?

Yes, on Android devices that allow installs from downloaded files. Your device may ask you to approve the browser or file app as an install source before opening the APK.

What does the $499 license include?

The $499 license is for one Mac professional license, including one year of app updates and continued use of the purchased major version.
