Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to ProjectCraft Pro websites, downloads, purchase pages, support requests, trial requests, and the ProjectCraft Pro app.
ProjectCraft Pro is for craft-business planning, pricing, production organization, template management, and SVG handoff workflows. It is not intended for children under 13.
Information We Collect
Local app data. The app stores project, customer, order, pricing, template, inventory, proof, and export information on the device where you use it. ProjectCraft Pro does not automatically receive that business data unless you choose to send it through support, email, export, backup, cloud service, or another third-party workflow.
Website requests. Trial, purchase, install, and support forms may collect your name, email address, business name, platform, message, request type, page URL, browser user agent, and a hashed version of your IP address for spam prevention and request history.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. ProjectCraft Pro does not receive or store full credit-card numbers. Stripe may provide purchase details needed for receipts, fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and refund review, such as your name, email, payment status, amount, currency, checkout session ID, and transaction metadata.
Downloads and server logs. Hosting systems may log standard technical details such as IP address, browser type, requested file, timestamps, and error status so the site can operate securely and diagnose issues.
Browser storage. The website may save a local draft of a support or start request in your browser so your message is not lost. Those drafts stay on your device unless you submit or email them.
How We Use Information
- Provide trials, purchase support, app downloads, install help, and customer service.
- Process payments, confirm purchases, deliver license and download instructions, and review refund requests.
- Protect the website from spam, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and technical failures.
- Maintain business records for tax, accounting, dispute, compliance, and security purposes.
- Improve website clarity, onboarding, installation guidance, and support workflows.
How Information Is Shared
ProjectCraft Pro does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the business, including website hosting, email, payment processing, app distribution, analytics if enabled, support tools, and security providers.
Stripe handles payment processing under its own terms and privacy practices. If you use Cricut, app stores, AI providers, email, cloud backup, retailers, marketplace platforms, font providers, or shipping services, those services operate under their own policies.
Information may also be disclosed when required to comply with law, protect rights and security, respond to disputes, prevent fraud, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.
Security and Retention
ProjectCraft Pro uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for the type of information handled. No website, app, email system, or payment workflow can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Support, purchase, and request records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer support, accounting, tax, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and business operations. Local app data remains under your control on your device and in any backups or exports you create.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
- Use the 14-day trial before buying if you want to evaluate the workflow without purchasing.
- Keep sensitive customer details out of support messages unless needed for troubleshooting.
- Clear local browser drafts by clearing site data for projectcraftpro.com.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of support and purchase records, subject to records ProjectCraft Pro must keep for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes.
- Contact support if you want to ask whether ProjectCraft Pro has a record connected to your email address.
ProjectCraft Pro does not discriminate against customers for exercising privacy choices. If state privacy laws give you additional rights, you may contact support to exercise those rights.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as ProjectCraft Pro adds checkout, licensing, app-store, account, cloud, AI, analytics, or support features. The updated date will show when changes are posted.
