Refund Policy

Try first. Buy with clear expectations.

ProjectCraft Pro offers a 14-day free trial so craft sellers can test the workflow before purchasing the $499 one-Mac professional license.

Summary

The ProjectCraft Pro Mac license is a digital software purchase. Because the app is downloadable and the license is delivered electronically, customers are encouraged to use the free trial before buying.

Refund requests for the $499 license are reviewed within 14 days of purchase. A refund may be approved when the app cannot be installed or used as described after reasonable support, the purchase was accidental or duplicate, or the delivered license materially does not match the purchase description.

Refunds That May Be Approved

  • Duplicate purchases for the same customer and license.
  • Accidental purchases reported promptly before meaningful use of the software.
  • Installation failure on a supported Mac when support cannot resolve the issue.
  • A material mismatch between the purchase description and what was delivered.
  • Payment or checkout error that created an unintended charge.

Refunds Not Covered

ProjectCraft Pro does not refund outside costs or third-party services. This includes Cricut Access, app-store fees, marketplace fees, payment-provider fees when nonrefundable, materials, shipping, vinyl, blanks, tools, fonts, images, AI usage, retailer purchases, customer artwork, or business expenses.

Refunds may be denied when the license has been used for production work, the request is outside the review window, the issue is caused by unsupported hardware or third-party account access, or the purchase was made after completing a free trial that reasonably showed the workflow.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@projectcraftpro.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your Stripe receipt, checkout date, or payment reference if available.
  • Your Mac model and macOS version if the issue is installation-related.
  • A short description of what happened and what support steps were tried.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent back through the original Stripe payment method when possible. Card networks and banks may take several business days to show the refund after it is issued.

If a refund is approved, ProjectCraft Pro may deactivate the license, remove purchase access, or ask you to stop using the paid version. Chargebacks and payment disputes may pause direct support while the payment processor reviews the case.

Questions Before Buying
