Getting Started

Turn your first customer request into a cut-ready plan.

Use this short setup path after downloading, starting a trial, or buying a license. It keeps the first session focused on one real order: plan it, price it, prepare it, and hand it off cleanly.

First Workflow

Five steps to a useful first run.

Do these in order the first time. After that, ProjectCraft Pro becomes your repeatable desk for custom craft work.

01

Install and open the app

Download the Mac app, move it to Applications, and use right-click Open if macOS asks for confirmation.

02

Paste one real order request

Use a real customer message or a product idea so the project packet reflects how your shop actually works.

03

Confirm size, layers, and materials

Check dimensions, color layers, material choices, proof notes, deadlines, and any assembly guidance before pricing.

04

Price the job with margin

Include materials, labor, overhead, rush work, platform fees, and target profit so you do not undercharge.

05

Prepare SVG handoff

Export or package the SVG details, then upload the prepared design into Cricut Design Space for cutting.

Launch Checklist

Before you use it for paid customer work.

Back up your Mac

Use your normal backup process so customer, order, template, and project records are protected.

Confirm licenses

Make sure fonts, logos, customer artwork, and images are authorized for the product you are selling.

Test one export

Open a prepared SVG in Cricut Design Space and confirm layers, size, and cut settings before using it with a customer deadline.

Save pricing assumptions

Record your material, labor, overhead, and margin assumptions so repeat jobs stay consistent.

Review policies

Read the license, privacy, support, and terms pages before buying or using the app for production work.
